●     Data Collected: We collect recipient names (e.g., first and last names, or full names as they are to appear engraved, printed, or embroidered on the award).

●     Data Excluded: Unless specifically requested by the Client, we do not collect, process, store, or request any other Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as recipient home addresses, personal email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or financial details.

Recipient names provided by the Client are used exclusively for:

●     Manufacturing, printing, or engraving the custom promotional items or awards.

●     Internal quality control and proofing processes related directly to the order.

We will never use recipient names for marketing purposes, sell or rent recipient names to third parties, or use the data for any purpose outside the fulfillment of the specific Client order.

Third-Party Sharing and Production Partners:

To complete your order, recipient names may be shared with our trusted decoration partners, manufacturers, or suppliers solely for physical production (e.g., sending an engraving list to a trophy manufacturer).

●     All third-party manufacturing partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using recipient names for any purpose other than executing the specific production run.

Data Security and Retention:

●     Security: We employ standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of recipient name lists.

●     Retention: Recipient names are retained only as long as necessary to complete product fulfillment, handle potential re-orders or corrections, and fulfill standard business record-keeping requirements. Name lists are securely deleted or sanitized from our active production systems thereafter.

Client Responsibility:

The Client represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights, consents, or lawful basis to share recipient names with Emoro, Inc. for the purpose of Promotional Product customization and production.
